Historical Structures

Our apartment is located in a typical stone house in the historic center of Polignano a Mare. The barrel vault made of tuff stone gives the rooms a distinctive and romantic charm that is so characteristic of the region.

We have lovingly renovated the apartment, which extends over two floors. It is bright, elegant, and comfortably furnished, offering direct access to two terraces that are exclusively yours to enjoy.

The place that

Stella Marina offers everything you need for a pleasant stay: a master bedroom, a mezzanine with additional sleeping options, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a balcony overlooking via Roma.

The master bedroom with a double bed is located on the first floor. On the same level, you’ll find the bathroom with a comfortable rain shower, the balcony, and a small storage room with a wardrobe and washing machine.

A staircase takes you past the mezzanine to the kitchen on the second floor.

From the kitchen, you step directly onto the first rooftop terrace, furnished with a cozy seating area and sunshade—perfect for a relaxed breakfast.

The high side walls ensure privacy.

An outdoor staircase leads you further up to the rooftop terrace above the kitchen. Here you can lounge in a deck chair, let your gaze wander, and savor the moment.

A special highlight is the rooftop terrace with panoramic views: From here, you can admire a fascinating vista over the Adriatic Sea and the rooftops of the old town. Whether at sunrise or during a picturesque sunset, this view makes every moment truly special.

Exclusive access
for our guests

Access to our apartment is directly from Via Roma via a lovingly restored staircase. From there, you reach the first floor, where the apartment is located. During your stay, the entire holiday apartment and its amenities are available to you exclusively and without restriction—ensuring a completely private and comfortable vacation experience.

It’s the little things That make comfort

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, an iron, a hairdryer, and plenty of storage space that blends harmoniously with the architecture of the historic building. The combination of traditional construction and modern furnishings creates an atmosphere of tranquility and comfort. Carefully chosen lighting allows you to create different moods. Every corner of the apartment has been designed with attention to detail, so you’ll feel welcome from the very first moment.

Less than a
hundred steps

The location on the edge of the old town combines peace and privacy with short distances: Numerous restaurants, cafés, and marketplaces, as well as the impressive Lama Monachile beach, are all within easy walking distance. At the same time, the apartment is pleasantly removed from the lively hustle and bustle of Via Roma.

The convenient connections are another plus: Polignano a Mare’s train station and the main street with shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies are just a 5–7 minute walk away.
